Question: What does your company offer?
Answer: We specialize in building outdoor living space. We offer a variety of projects including Patios, Water Features, Pond less Waterfall, Landscape lighting, fire pits, Interlock driveway, Retaining Walls, landscaping and more. We build your project from start to finish with our team. We only do one project at a time, dedicated to your project every single day until we are completely finished.

Question: How much do your projects typically cost?
Answer: Our projects start around $20k. Our average projects are usually larger designs which include both backyard patio spaces, Front Entrance, Driveway, as well as landscaping that surrounds it. These larger projects that include two or more area typically cost around $30-$70k.

Question: Does your company offer any Design?
Answer: Yes, we do offer 3D designs for any project more than $20k.
The cost of the 3D design starts from $500 up to $1,500 depending on the complexity of the design.

Question: How long is your warranty and what does it cover ?
Answer: All of RIVERMIST new installations are backed by a 3 year warranty.
This includes the following: poor leveling or compaction that causes potholes, dips, drainage problems and brick separation i.e. widened brick joints.
However our warranty does not cover efflorescence (white spots that appear on pavers and disappear naturally). any cracked or deterioration of the paver is covered by manufacture. Labour cost may apply for any cracked paver replacement. Lifetime transferable warranty on Techo-Bloc products.
